Helping adults with learning disabilities to reach their full potential with tailored care and support in their community.
The Aldingbourne Trust provides care and support for learning disabled adults, their families and carers. We offer a wide range of services from residential care to job training and life skills programmes. We work with individuals and groups in our own centres and out in the community and everything we do is focused on providing as much independence and support as possible.
Our supported employment services help adults with learning disabilities to find and excel in paid jobs, reducing their reliance on benefits and growing their contribution to society.
Finding the right carers for adults with learning disabilities is vital for them to reach their potential. Our Support Workers Direct service matches those individual needs with the right expertise.
We offer supported on the job training, life skills coaching, community learning and tailored packages to help every adult with a learning disability to contribute to their community.
Expert advice and support from our experienced team is available to adults with learning disabilities, their families and carers through briefings, private meetings or just a friendly chat.
We offer supported living services because everyone needs somewhere to live where they can feel safe and can engage with others in a way that’s comfortable for them.
From help in your own home to free drop-in sessions at our community centre, we offer support for adults with learning disabilities and their carers where it’s needed.
Having fun is a valuable part of the care and support we provide. From art workshops to making YouTube videos and cooking classes to organised day trips, we’re all about the smiles
Our Creative Arts studio at No.73 gives adults with learning disabilities the chance to express themselves through a wide range of arts and crafts. We even create our own Christmas cards!
