Donations from Friends of the Trust have contributed in no small way to the services we offer at the Aldingbourne Trust and to the local communities we’re so proud to serve.
In recent years donations from the Friends have helped to expand the work of the Creative Arts Studio at Number 64, develop our clients’ gardens at the Aldingbourne Country Centre and spread the word through funding the Trust’s newsletter. We’ve also been able to provide picnic tables to help our clients visitors enjoy our outside relaxation areas and have run parties and outings that, without the support of the Friends of the Trust, would otherwise have proved difficult to fund.
All the activities that are run by the Friends of the Trust are chosen by clients of the Aldingbourne Trust to help develop their interests and skills, to provide special learning activities and social opportunities.
