My Network, Bognor Regis

A drop-in service for people with learning disabilities and their families and carers.  We are able to offer information, advice and guidance as well as providing a safe environment to meet new people and take part in activities and workshops.

My Network is open Mondays 12-3pm, Thursdays 6-8pm and Fridays 10am-1pm.  The Drop-In is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Our friendly, experienced team at Number 73 host an invaluable drop-in centre where people can visit and receive guidance, information and advice to help them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to live life as they choose.

For those who prefer one-to-one support in their own homes and for many parents and carers, the Number 73 team offers a unique outreach service to those who need it most.
