Our Conference Room and Cabin Room at Aldingbourne Country Centre and our Conference Room at No 64, High Street, Bognor Regis are available for hire for training, meetings, exhibitions, wedding receptions, special occasions, etc. Our rooms are also available for evening and weekend use. Please contact us for more details.

2010 Room Hire costs for both rooms are:       

FULL DAY   £95.00

                     HALF DAY   £65.00

Conference Room facilities available are - Internet Access, Projector, TV, Video, DVD, OHP, White Board, Flip Chart, Hearing Loop.

Cabin Room - facilites available as Conference Room with the exception of internet access and Hearing Loop.

Conference Room capacity - 40 people in theatre style layout.   Other layout styles are available.

Cancellation Charge: There will be a room cancellation charge if less than one weeks (5 working days) notice is given of 100% - £95.00 for a Full Day.  £65.00 for a Half Day.  Less than two weeks notice (10 working days) notice is given of 50% - £47.50 for a Full Day.  £32.50 for a Half Day.
