Work Aid is a part of The Aldingbourne Trust Charity located off the A27, Nr Fontwell.

Work Aid offers accredited work training and development for adults with learning disabilities, working with many employers, agencies, specialist benefit advisors and partnerships including, Step to Work.

Some courses that are on offer include:-

Work Skills(Levels 1-3):- Health & Safety, Interview Techniques,

Time Management, Writing CV’s, Team Working.

 

 

 

 

Travel Training:- Road and Personal Safety Awareness, Use of Public Transport

Social Skills (Levels 1-2) :- Assertiveness, Communication, Relationships and Body Language

Health & Safety:- Employer & Employee Rights and Responsibilities,

Food Hygiene:- Personal Hygiene, Prevention of Food Poisoning,  Pest Control

Employment:

Carrol Cox volunteering at the WRVS in St Richards Hospital.
