Support Workers
We are seeking Full Time Support Workers for one of our Supported Living Schemes in Bognor Regis which provides 24 hour support. The role requires you to support adults who have a learning disability to live independently by assisting with everyday tasks and enabling people to make informed choices.
We welcome applications from experienced staff, but also from people who have a positive, “can do” outlook.
This work requires people to work some evenings and weekends and sleep-in duties as and when required.
Minimum age 21.
We are able to offer flexible contracts, based on hours worked.
Sleep-in Rate - £32.41
Salary Scale for Support Worker: £14,052.43 - £18,819.05

Laundry Manager
(Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
The Aldingbourne Trust has recently acquired a commercial laundry that will be run as a social enterprise employing adults with learning difficulties at its site near Chichester.
The successful applicant is likely to have commercial experience, good communication skills, be self motivated and very organised.
The post will involve managing the laundry process and being on the road, developing sales opportunities alongside pickups and deliveries.
Salary scale: £18819-£20851
