WorkAid at the Aldingbourne Trust supports individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities aged 16 and over across Sussex to gain voluntary and paid employment.

We often hear from people with learning disabilities who want a job but who need support to develop the skills needed to prepare for work and to find and keep a job. The WorkAid team guides candidates through a personalised programme of work preparation, vocational training, job applications and supported inductions.

WorkAid opens doors to employment and makes a difference to individuals and their communities by improving attitudes and approaches towards disability.
