WorkAid at the Aldingbourne Trust couldn’t achieve the success and increased awareness it does without the support of our community partners.

A key part of our success stems from our commitment to work with local community organisations, including colleges, local government, day centres and communities teams and, with their support, to deliver unique training opportunities.

Award winning training opportunities

WorkAid is accredited with the Open College Network (OCN) to provide a variety of courses to help prepare candidates for work, including:

• Health and safety
• Rights and responsibilities
• Interview techniques
• Personal presentation

We have also been recognised for our groundbreaking training schemes; our award winning ‘Learning to Work’ partnership with Chichester College has provided students with successful progress from further education into paid and voluntary work.
