The WorkAid team is dedicated to supporting people who want to work and to help them find and retain the right job.
Together with our candidate, we develop a personalised programme of work preparation, deliver vocational training if it’s needed and help complete job applications. Then, when our candidate is offered a job, WorkAid staff will provide all the support that’s required in the early days of employment.
This is our commitment to our candidates:
- We will inform you of the opportunities that we think will help you and be most suited to your skills and personality
- We will never force you into anything
- We will always respect and where appropriate protect your privacy
- We will always work in your best interests and support you at every step
All our candidates are fully involved in producing their own learning and development plans, on which our individual training plans are based.
For more information, please download our Candidate leaflet.

Benefit support
Candidates often worry that their benefits might be affected by employment. There’s no need to worry, the WorkAid team will help support, advise and guide candidates through the entire benefit support process.
